• Deep-frozen product. Keep at -18°C .
• Important: Raw product. Cook thoroughly before consumption.

🔥 Baking Instructions:

• Condition: Place in the oven without defrosting .
• Temperature: 270°C (Preheated oven).
• Time: 7 minutes.
• Professional Finish: To achieve a perfect, shiny golden finish, we recommend brushing the surface with beaten egg before baking.

⏳ Consumption once baked:

• At room temperature: Consume within 24 hours .
• Refrigerated (2°C to 4°C): Can be kept for up to 48 hours .

All orders are managed through the STEF network, strictly guaranteeing the cold chain from our factory to your business.

Delivery Conditions:

• Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the logistics route and destination. Typical estimate: 3 to 5 business days after order preparation. (We do not offer 24-hour express service).
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight and postal code (Official STEF Rates).
• No Minimum Order: You can buy from one box, but remember that the transport cost is optimized for larger volumes.

Goods Reception (Important):
It is the customer's responsibility to be available for delivery. As this is a frozen product, it is essential to have sufficient cold storage space (-18ºC) at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for breaks in the cold chain due to the customer's absence or lack of space.

Smart Format:
Reinforced box of 30 units (approx. 3.6 kg). Designed to optimize space in small cold storage rooms and facilitate stock counting.

Commercial Data:

• Unit Price: €1.25 (VAT Included).
• Box Price: €37.50 (VAT Included).
• Billing: We issue invoices with a breakdown of VAT (10%) suitable for tax deduction.

Long Playing:
This product has a best-before date of 12 months from the date of manufacture. This allows you to maintain a large safety stock without fear of losses due to expiration.

Golden Rules:

1. Storage: Always store at -18°C until cooking time.
2. Safety: Once thawed, DO NOT refreeze .
3. Defrosting: If you choose to defrost before baking (optional), keep refrigerated (0-4°C) and consume within 24 hours.
