Caprese Empanadas 🌿

A fresh and light classic of Argentinian cuisine. Handcrafted in our workshop. Cervelló (Barcelona) , these empanadas combine tomato, mozzarella and basil, achieving a smooth, aromatic and very balanced flavor.

Thanks to instant freezing in a nitrogen tunnel , They preserve the freshness of the filling and the crispy texture of the dough, preventing water crystallization and maintaining the premium quality of the product.

• Filling: fresh tomato, mozzarella and basil.
• Dough: flaky, light and crispy.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk, and egg. May contain traces of soy.
