Shipping and Logistics Policy

Las Chimichurri ships frozen products through logistics operators specializing in refrigerated food transport.

Shipments are handled through approved operators, guaranteeing compliance with the cold chain throughout the entire transport process.

Scope of delivery

We ship to all of mainland Spain. Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Andorra, and other international destinations require a prior quote.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the postal code and the total weight of the order.

The rates shown include applicable logistics costs and surcharges, such as fuel, refrigerated transport and handling.

Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and depend exclusively on the logistics planning of the transport operator.

As a guideline, shipments are usually made within 48 to 96 business hours , although this timeframe is not binding.

Deliveries within 24 or 48 hours are not guaranteed, nor are there any commitments to deliver on specific dates.

Special conditions

Orders with a total weight exceeding 200 kg will be handled through a personalized quote via the sales department.

The customer must ensure the correct receipt of the order and have adequate means for the preservation of the product once delivered.

Incidents

Any issues related to the shipment must be reported within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of the order, attaching the necessary documentation for its evaluation.
