Humita Empanadas 🌽

A classic from northern Argentina. Handcrafted in our workshop. Cervelló (Barcelona) , these empanadas combine sweet corn with a smooth béchamel sauce, achieving a creamy, comforting filling full of traditional flavor.

Our empanadas are individually frozen in a nitrogen tunnel . an ultra-freezing method that prevents water crystallization, keeping the dough crispy and the creamy texture of the filling, just like freshly made.

• Filling: sweet corn and mild béchamel sauce.
• Dough: flaky, light and crispy, artisan style.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk, and egg. May contain traces of soy.
