Spinach and Cheese Empanadas 🌿
One of the most popular vegetarian empanadas in Argentina. Handcrafted in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) , It combines fresh spinach with mozzarella cheese, resulting in a soft, creamy, and flavorful filling.
Thanks to instant freezing in a nitrogen tunnel , The freshness of the spinach and the texture of the dough remain intact, preventing water crystallization and preserving all nutrients and the original flavor.
- Filling: fresh spinach and mozzarella cheese.
- Dough: flaky, light and crispy.
- Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
- Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
- Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
- Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
