Onion and Cheese Empanadas 🌿

One of the most beloved combinations in Argentine cuisine. Handcrafted in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) , These empanadas combine slowly caramelized onions with mozzarella cheese, achieving a smooth, sweet and creamy flavor.

Thanks to instant freezing in a nitrogen tunnel , The freshness of the filling and the texture of the dough remain intact, preventing water crystallization and ensuring premium quality in every bite.

• Filling: caramelized onion and mozzarella cheese.
• Dough: flaky, light and crispy.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
