A gourmet recipe that combines two emblematic ingredients of Argentine cuisine: vacío , one of the tastiest and juiciest meats, and provolone cheese , known for its intensity and character.

Handcrafted in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) , these empanadas offer a deep, balanced and absolutely irresistible flavor.

Each unit is frozen using a nitrogen tunnel , an ultra-freezing method that preserves the texture of the filling and keeps the dough crispy, preventing the crystallization of conventional freezing.

  • Filling: Argentine flank steak, provolone cheese and spices.
  • Dough: flaky and golden, artisan style.
  • Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit).
  • Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
  • Storage: Keep at -18 °C.
  • Shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture.
