Ham and Cheese Empanadas

An Argentine classic that never disappoints. Handcrafted in our workshop. Cervelló (Barcelona) , combining quality sweet ham with soft and creamy mozzarella. A balanced and perfect flavor for the whole family.

Our empanadas are individually frozen in a nitrogen tunnel . an ultra-freezing method that prevents water crystallization and keeps it intact The texture, nutrients, and original flavor. Crispy crust, creamy and fresh filling.

• Filling: ham and mozzarella cheese.
• Pastry: flaky, golden and crispy, artisan style.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk, and egg. May contain traces of soy and nuts.
