Ham and Roquefort Empanadas 🧀

An intense and gourmet combination. Handcrafted in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) , these empanadas fuse quality ham with Roquefort cheese, achieving a creamy, rich and balanced filling.

Each unit is frozen using a nitrogen tunnel , a process that prevents water crystallization and preserves the flavor, nutrients, and authentic texture of the filling. A premium empanada, ready to enjoy after just baking.

• Filling: ham, Roquefort cheese and mozzarella.
• Dough: flaky and golden, with an artisanal texture.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, milk (including blue cheese), and egg. May contain traces of soy and nuts.
