Chicken Empanadas

A traditional Argentine recipe reinterpreted with the quality of Las Chimichurri . Handcrafted in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) with selected chicken breast and sautéed onion.

Each empanada is instantly frozen in a nitrogen tunnel . a method that preserves freshness, flavor, and nutrients without crystallizing the filling, maintaining the perfect texture of the dough and the interior.

• Filling: shredded chicken, onion, spices and natural Argentine seasonings.
• Dough: flaky, golden and crispy.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, egg, and milk. May contain traces of soy and nuts.
