Spicy Beef Empanada 🌶️

An empanada with Argentinian character. Handmade in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) with selected beef and just the right touch of spice.

Each unit is frozen in a nitrogen tunnel , an ultra-freezing process that prevents the formation of ice crystals and preserves the nutrients, texture and authentic flavor of the original recipe.

• Filling: spicy beef, onion and selected Argentine spices.
• Dough: flaky and golden, with a handcrafted and crispy texture.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, egg, and milk. May contain traces of soy and nuts.
