An irresistible combination: golden bacon and melted mozzarella cheese, A classic recipe reinterpreted with the artisanal quality of Las Chimichurri . Made in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) , they are perfect for those looking for an intense and creamy flavor.

Each unit is frozen using a nitrogen tunnel , an ultra-freezing system. which preserves the texture of the filling, prevents crystallization and keeps the dough crispy. Ready to bake and enjoy in just a few minutes.

• Filling: golden bacon and mozzarella cheese.
• Dough: flaky, light and crispy.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
