Tuna Empanadas

A simple and delicious traditional Argentinian recipe. Handcrafted in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) with quality tuna, sautéed onions, and natural seasonings for a balanced and authentic flavor.

Each empanada is instantly frozen using a nitrogen tunnel , an ultra-freezing process that prevents water crystallization and fully preserves the texture, nutrients, and flavor of the filling. Crispy crust, juicy filling: premium quality ready in minutes.

• Filling: tuna, sautéed onions and Argentinian seasonings.
• Dough: flaky and golden, artisan style.
• Format: box of 30 units (100–110 g per unit / approx. 3 kg).
• Preparation: Bake for 15–20 minutes at 200 °C without defrosting.
• Storage: product frozen at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.

Allergens: Contains gluten, fish, milk, and egg. May contain traces of soy.
