Traditional chipá made with authentic cassava flour and mozzarella cheese , following the classic recipe from the Argentine coast. Perfect to accompany any meal or serve as an appetizer.

Frozen using a nitrogen tunnel , which guarantees a soft texture inside and a crispy exterior after baking.

• Cooking method: Bake for 5 minutes at 250°C directly from frozen.
• Shelf life: Consume within 24 hours after baking.
