The classic Argentinian cornstarch alfajor , handcrafted following The traditional recipe: soft cornstarch cookies, creamy dulce de leche, and a touch Made with shredded coconut. Ideal for cafes, bakeries, specialty shops and events.

Each alfajor weighs 70g and is kept frozen to preserve its freshness until the time of consumption. Made in our workshop in Cervelló (Barcelona) with selected ingredients.

• Ingredients: corn starch, butter (MILK), EGG yolk, sugar, dulce de leche (MILK), shredded coconut and flavorings.
• Preparation: Defrost before consuming. Consume within 24 hours. Refrigerate. up to 72 h (2–4 °C).
• Storage: Keep at -18 °C.
• Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
